Question: When I am done processing my return, should I close the browser?

Answer: NO!!! Please exit orderly out using EXIT button. The server will display a message telling you it is saving your client files on your backup server, and a clock will count down approximately 15 seconds. Saving your client data will allow you to access it again should you need to make a change, or review your return.
